A buyer purchased 2 items from me, both medium parcel on the simple postage methodthe buyer was invoiced for an order containing both items paid for both items including combined shipping fee.Both boxes were medium parcel, impossible to fit into one boxI processed first item for using one label, I could not process the second as the buyer had paid £5.99 this postage eBay sent on his invoiceThe buyer was intelligent to realise the mistake eBay had made but still could only pay £5.99clear instructions on my advert So, what did I do, I spoke an agent who explained the reason I could not send the second parcel.I am being referred to someone in 48 hours. the agend could not help!
