0 Feedback buyers going to the same address
Summary: seven_crows shared a concern about two separate purchases from accounts with identical names and addresses, both with zero feedback and created on the same day. The items sold are untracked comics under £5, making seven_crows uneasy about potential cancellation or loss claims. They cannot combine the orders due to them being from different accounts and have reached out to the buyers for clarification. sml192 suggested that the buyer might have purchased as a guest.
Never had this before.
I have had 2 seprate purchases of similar items sell to what I thought was one account. both very similar in username and their name and address are the same.
both of the accounts are 0 feedback and only created today.
the issue is that I have them both on 2nd class untracked and they are under £5 each, which isnt a big deal, but they are comics and i'm a little precious about them.
I was going to combine them but as they are from 2 different accounts, I cant do it (this was actually the point that I realised they were 2 seperate accounts).
have asked them to contact me to proceed, but im reluctant to go ahead with these orders.
anyone else ever have this? any advice? as I have a feeling they will end up trying to cancel/claim they are lost.
