Has anyone experienced this with Promoted Listings Priority?
Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone has seen this before.
I created a Promoted Listings Priority campaign on 14 July for one of my fixed-price listings.
Everything appears to be set up correctly:
Campaign status: Active
Keywords: Active
Manual bidding within eBay's suggested range
Daily budget: £3
Listing is active and in stock
However, after several days the campaign still shows:
0 impressions
0 clicks
0 attributed sales
The listing itself is receiving organic sales and ranks on the first page of search results, but it never appears with the Sponsored label.
I've already recreated the campaign twice (once through the Advertising dashboard and once directly from the listing), but the result is exactly the same.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Was it a technical issue, an eligibility issue, or something else?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
