EBay says “get pre paid label
Hello I havnt sold anything on eBay for a couple of years- I’ve just sold an item for £40. It’s just been paid but eBay say “ get pre paid label” . I don’t want to- all I want to do is send via Royal Mail tomorrow morning - I don’t have a printer and not very “computer minded -wishing I hadn’t used eBay now .. also I selected £3.90 for posting and it’s saying £2.82! . Please- any help I’d be most greatful .

·1 week ago · EditedUnless you had free postage on the listing the buyer will have paid for the label. If you don't have a printer you can take a photo of the QR code of the label and take that to your post office and they will print it for you.
If you're dead set against using the ebay label you can buy your own postage but you will be paying for it and you cannot change the tracking number on the transaction (although you can add a new tracking number to a "not received" case if one were opened).

·1 week agoYour item was listed with Simple Delivery. ebay should have actually just supplied you a label (either Evri, InPost or Royal Mail).
Which you can't print that off - you should have also been supplied a QR code that can be scanned at a drop off location (or locker in some cases) to print the label.
