My account has been temporarily restricted from buying and selling. I received an email asking me to contact eBay because of concerns about my seller account.
I would like to complete any required verification and resolve this restriction. Please let me know what information or documents you need from me to review my account and reactivate it.
I am happy to cooperate with the verification process.

Hi @ikramkhan_70 , thanks for your post.
Please note that this is not customer service, but our community where members like yourself help each other out.
All restrictions and suspensions are dealt in an individual manner, so even if someone share their experience with you, it doesn't necessarily means that you can resolve your case in the same way.
The only good option you have at the moment would be following the instructions given in the email we sent you. From there, you should be able to contact us as well.

Customer Service contact can be difficult at times but persist in requesting an Agent Callback using the large blue Contact Us button at bottom of the page.

You need a verified Selling account and UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website) on file in order to send, receive and request payments ---Best use a PC/Laptop to make changes --- can take a few days to verify and sell .>
