Wrong label for sending back items to the seller
Hi can you someone help me
I need to refaund paint Sprayer i got label from ebay but the weight is wrong its on label 5-10 kg but the parcel have 17 kg i dont know what to do now wher i can raport this for new label

·1 month agoIf the return label was supplied by eBay then you will need to contact eBay to get them to issue a label for the correct weight. If the label was supplied by the seller then they will need to provide one for the correct weight.

·1 month ago · EditedI am pretty sure that the label will still work and that the seller will be hit with a charge on top of the label already provided if the weight is incorrect after they actually receive it back. All Evri (if its them) labels provided via ebay are done via Packlink so they will charge the seller.
