Why is Simple Delivery for Private Sellers incredibly unhelpful and restricting? | Postage

So yeah, the pathetic Simple Delivery is extremely poor, sell 2 items, create one postage label and the other items is left hanging because it is not possible to mark as despatched or even add a simple tracking number!!!So I now have a RED warning for an item that was despatched with other item.I spoke to Ebay agent and was advised this was to be fixed, HARDLY!!!!Seems to me that I will now charge the buyer for each postage by creating a postage label and pack items separately so I get a courier scan and the items marked as despatched and non of the RED highlighted *bleep* that it has not been posted!!!
