Why can't I see custom delivery on my small, low cost items
I am trying to sell some 99p items that will fit into a large letter and weight less than 100g.
When I try to list these I am not getting the option of custom delivery - only simple delivery which is pushing the overall cost up to a point where nobody would buy it!
Is there a work around for this? Is there someone I can appeal to so it can be changed?
I will get the bad reviews for postal charges if I ho ahead.

·Sep 2, 2026 at 8:57 PMCustom Postage is only available in certain sub-categories for items under £20 and Letter/Large Letter sized. You seem to have successfully listed some items with Custom Postage so is it a particular category/sub-category that you are having trouble with?
