I have had two customers try to buy from me, one in Norway and one in Australia, thye both get the "Unfortunately, this seller won't post to your location. Please update your delivery address and try again." message. Both countries are unticked in the GSP list and I use Royal Mail for collection from me.I spoke to eBay and they saiod all my settibngs are correct. They suggested the buyer go to eBay.com to buy, using the item number. The buyer fron Norway tried that and go the same message. He then replied to me, "I can't do it I'm giving up". So another lost sale and no idea what else to do?In addition trying to reach a live person on eBay is becoming more and more difficult. Particularly if you want to speak to someone who is a native speaker of english. It also seems that the AI agent's sole goal is to get you to go away.The last time I had to speak to them, I had to repeat the same information three times, before I got hold of someone who could understand the issue. And to be fair did solve the problem. Sorry for the rant, it is frustrating!
