Unable to print shipping label 05/08/26
Can anyone help, I've been trying to print a label for two hours.
All I get is ........ It was not possible to generate the label. The requested location is currently unavailable to post packages to.
To Macclesfield ? I know I've posted there before.
Anyone else having this?.

·1 week agoThere may be a problem with the format of the buyer's address. You could cancel/refund the transaction with their agreement, ask them to rearrage their address on ebay (eg. an address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any one line, or just move the road name to the second line, and save as a "new address".) and then relist for them to buy again. The alternative would be to buy the postage outisde of ebay yourself.

OP1 week agoI've messaged them to find out if they've altered their address (they have 300 purchases). Waiting to hear back. Otherwise cancellation and refund it will be :-(

OP1 week agoThank you. I'm not sure it was the format quite. but a cancellation was achieved and relist and sale with the right address. Possibly too many lines in the address fields? I'll never know but thankfully met a lovely buyer who didn't mind me asking to check her address. (Think maybe 2 address were in the postage fields ) but the sale was made. Hope this helps someone and thank you peaseblossom
