I haven't been able to create a Royal Mail shipment for a week now;
every time, I see a message saying...
It was not possible to generate the label. An issue occurred while generating your postage label. Please try again in a few moments.

·1 week agoI have had this issue for 2x days now, had to go to the shop, but stamps and hand-write all my addresses, does anyone know when this will be fixed?

There is an ongoing technical issue logged with our tech team for this and currently being worked on. It may be best to buy the label directly from the carrier in the meantime.

Thank you for your post. We don't have a timeline on the resolution but tech are working on it. There can be intermittent connection issues between the eBay and Royal mail site.
