Simple delivery - ebay changing my postage selection from listing,
Can anyone help. I use simple delivery but often exclude royal mail due to size limitaions. However, several of my last sales have reverted back to Royal Mail which in most cases is a total nightmare to squash and pack or when that wasn't possible - I had to paid for evri myself and ebay eventually refunded me. Today - I choose Royal Mail for a listing as large letter fabric samples sold and now has generated an Evri label. Has anyone else had this problem and how do you solve it?

·2 weeks agoCheck your selection in your postage preferences. My eBay > Account tab > Selling > Postage Preferences > Simple Delivery > Courier Options > Edit.
But ebay say they reserve the right to override excluded choice where "necessary".
