Hi dose anyone know how to opt out of Simple Delivery. i am offering free delivery but i can get it cheaper then Simple Delivery so its costing me more

·1 month agoIt's easy for you to opt out of Simple delivery postage prices, by registering your account to a Business Account.
A Private account the one you are using, is for selling used, unwanted items, say a garage, attic, wardrobe clear out.
To sell all Brand new items, and in quantities of more than one, you need a Business Account, and there, you can select your own postage, there is no Simple Delivery on Business Accounts.
To change over is easy see below:
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.
Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this, and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

·1 month agoI can see by what you are selling that there is a solution. Upgrade to the correct account and set your own postage costs.

·1 month agoIf you are a private seller you can't opt out unless it's a category that enables custom postage. Usually very flat lightweight and low cost items.
