Sent multiple items together at buyer request but now it's saying postage is overdue?
Summary: stuckinahaze has a situation where a buyer requested combined shipping for four purchased items, leading to a delay in refunding additional postage until delivery confirmation. Despite clear communication from the buyer, stuckinahaze is unable to notify eBay's system that all items were sent under a single tracking number. They are seeking advice on how to inform the system or if the buyer can assist with this issue.
Buyer bought 4 items off me and asked me to combine postage and send all together. I haven't refunded them the additional postage yet as I wanted to wait until the package had arrived. There are clear messages in the system from the buyer asking for this, but I can't find a way of telling eBay that the other three items have been sent under the same tracking number. They were all Simple Delivery items.
Is there a way of letting the system know that the items are all arriving together? Can the buyer do it?

·1 month agoSimple Delivery does combine postage - but only if the orders are placed and checkout in one basket (like any other ecommerce site).
Otherwise - they are separate orders and should be sent separately.
You will need to wait to get paid for the other three orders (at least 14 days)
Assume the customer paid for postage - you DO NOT refund the postage - because you didn't get paid for it - ebay did.
ebay will refund the customer the 3 unused labels in 30 days.
