Saw this Royal Mail video on Facebook
To be fair the Post Office and Royal Mail have been cutting staff and overtime and the poor peons can't cope. Don't blame the staff. I selected the wrong link. I can't see how to link the video. It was posted on the account of Penny Jane or Jenny Lane, her name sounds a bit like a Beatles' song but her name wasn't Penny Lane. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1426066395991402
