Hi everyone,
I am an eBay seller and I've been facing a huge issue with Royal Mail Parcel Collect recently. They have failed to show up for two consecutive days now. No one came, no slip was left, and no update was made.
This is seriously hurting my business. My customers are waiting for their orders, and my dispatch times are taking a hit. To make matters worse, I don't have a car, and the nearest Post Office is too far. Because of this, I am losing money and risking negative feedback from my buyers.
Royal Mail has started doing this consistently lately. Has anyone else noticed a drop in their collection service recently? How do you force them to actually show up, or how can I get this escalated quickly? Any advice would be highly appreciated.
