Royal Mail and Evri
Can anyone explain why EBay doesn’t seem to be using Evri at the moment all postage seems to be via Royal Mail?

Hi @2015.gattn , thanks for your post.
The courier selection take multiple thing into consideration, from your location, buyer's location, type of item and its dimensions, etc. So, sometimes you might see lots of item being taken by the a particular courier, and then another one, or on the same day you could have 2 items go with 2 different couriers.
If you like a courier in particular, you can do what was advised above, and you can go to your settings and disable the available couriers you wouldn't like to use. However, please note that if you leave only one courier enabled, that doesn't necessarily means that the items will be always shipped with that particular courier. For example, if the only courier you have enabled can't take your parcel, the parcel will be assigned to one of the other couriers that was disabled, so the transaction can go ahead.
Hope this helps,
Marco

ebay do state in Simple Delivery terms that if they can't use Evri for a delivery - they may select a postage method you don't have selected.

Some sellers have had great issues with Evri deliveries, I'm one of the lucky ones with a great delivery guy, and seller can opt out of Evri in their postage options leaving Royal Mail for general sized items.
