You are going to have to give more information here! Have you opened a return request? Harvey ou been provided a label or a qr code? What kind of locker is it? InPost? Evri?
It's not evri. It's the post office lock up to return it. eBay sent a barcode to unlock the locker but there is no address to put on the parcel or anything. The parcel is quite big and may not fit in there anyway
Ok so if you’ve just been given a QR code normally you scan these at the lockers and follow the screen instructions and a label will be printed. You then scan this label to open the door.
Measure the box, you’ll be able to find max possible dimensions on the Royal Mail website.
If it is too big, contact eBay who should be able to help with an alternative
