Returned label fee recover
Hi guys,
I am looking to understand if is any option of canceling a postage label once purchased?
I had this happening few times now when the buyer is asking for a return label and then not sending back the item, and I am just feeling these costs go wasted. Some of the labels are through Parcel Force and cost over £14

·1 month agoIf a label is issued via an ebay return case, as it should be, the seller is not charged if it's not used. If you have bought a label and sent it to the buyer you can't get the cost of that back.

OP1 month agoThanks for your reply. That isn't that good then as it has happened to me the seller to ask for a return for different reasons and after I have issued a label he never sent back the item as he was lazy to repack it. So it is me at loss of another 10-20% of the item price. I might still consider it better option then receiving an opened item but still these money goes to nowhere unfortunately
