return faulty good abroad, who pays for postage?
in the process of purchasing items from abroad, they sent us picture and we noticed it was slightly different from ebay selling picture
we queried this, and then they showed us an items that looked like its just been paint !!
we queried this again, to get a reply saying ' rest assured the bridge is fine' .
however we feeling a little nervous about item if we need to return if its not suitable.
who pays for postage as we had to pay an extra €220.00 shipping surcharge*
and really don't want to fork out another 220.00 to return items to get our money back
please advise as we cant find anything about this on help and support and AI rubbish.
