QR code says used
Hi all! Sold an item yesterday. Got a QR code, and took it to the post office this morning. The lady behind the counter says the QR code has been used. I cant seem to figure out what to do to get another one. I tried to go into labels and cancel the QR code but it says i cant because its pre-paid. Ive spent the last hour on the app and now on Windows but still cant figure out how to proceed? Any help would be much appreciated..

·1 month agoUnless you want to pay for other postage yourself you'll have to explain problem to buyer then cancel/refund the transaction with their agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist for them to buy and pay again.
