probelm with booking collection by royal mail on phone ebay app not laptop
try to book collection by royal mail on phone ebay app and nothing happens but it works on laptop, dont work yesterday or today on sending parcels to customers.

We are aware of an issue causing this problem, and we are currently working on it to fix it.
I've added your accounts to the tech report, so this can be resolved for both of you as well.
