Posting different way then ebay give me
Hello there can I have some advice please I sell an item whitout registering my self and because the item have a high value I use different postage way then ebay give me ..the customer recive the item but on the app shows like I didn't post it and the money are on hold ...how can I have the money??

·Jul 18, 2026 at 5:29 AMWhen you say you ' haven't registered yourself', do you mean you have not registered for eBay's Managed P:atments? If you haven't you won't get paid.
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
