Postage problems
I am having so many problems with postage. What is happening? I don't want to use Simple Delivery but there seems to be no other options available any more. I'm getting really frustrated. Is anyone else having problems with postage?

·2 weeks agoI have now been down graded to a below average seller all down to simple delivery. I made a couple of mistakes calculating postage sizes and had to cancel the orders and relist. One order was cancelled as the buyer wanted use Royal mail and the order came up with Evri. Seems trying to do the right thing has cost me my seller rating. I requested that 2 of the defects be removed as they were relisted and sold within the hour but AI said NO. Becoming less and less fun to sell on this platform

·2 weeks agoi too have issues , got a parcel to malta waiting but not showing any options whatever the size .

·3 weeks agoI think the problem is if it is smaller than small parcel, or oversized. There appears to be no way of sending these items?

·3 weeks agowhats not to like about SD? Goods fully tracked and protected if lost. I lost an item using RM and because i could not provide the original proof of purchase for item, my compo was a book of stamps.
