Postage Policy error preventing listings

New to ebay so I'm hoping this is just something with a quick & easy fix....
I managed to list the first 3 or 4 items fine, but the next few are stuck in draft form as I keep getting an error message saying something is missing or invalid and directs me to the postage policy. They are simple 'But it now' items, I haven't set any policies and have just been using ebay Simple Delivery recommendation. I am convinced I have done the same format as those that listed ok and I have tried on both the app and website but getting the same problem.
Using the 'chat' help just keeps sending me around in circles and I have read each variation of postage, business policies etc etc I'm obviously missing something really simple, but I cannot work out what to do to finally list the draft items.
Any suggestions / advice from those in the know would be gratefully received! Thanks

·1 month agoSounds like you may have inadvertently opted into Business Policies. You can opt back out on the Business Policies page here (top left of the page).
