Hi everyone, i noticed i have no option to add my tracking number and my item is scheduled to be delivered today to my buyer. But on my page it only shows dispatched with Ebay postable label. Who has an idea how to figure that out. The options to add my tracking and courier service can't be found anymore

·1 week agoright now you are a private seller. A private seller in almost all cases has to use simple delivery (ie the eBay supplied labels)
In the case of your current sale, you will get paid in about 14 days but the buyer could open up an item not received claim.
The more pertinent issue is you are incorrectly (and illegally) trading as a private seller.
A private seller account is only for selling off unwanted goods from around your home. Taht is not what you are doing. You need to register as a business seller. Particularly as you are selling dog food and some children’s toys. I certainly hope you are insured.
