postage
Is anyone else having trouble re not wanting to use simple delivery. I am trying to sell stamps where the postage is 1.00 royal mail delivery and it will not let me change from simple delivery. I cannot do it as a small envelope as the option is not there. I cannot do frr delivery for a parcel. I reported this last week and was told it was a technical issue but it still has not been fixed. I have reported it again today but the message says we do not contact you directly.

·2 weeks agoHard to find the right category or the wrong category that has custom postage I do cards and have to opt for ,,other cigarette cards to get the postage options? the j player or wills only have SD ? which is a joke when ebays crazed about Item specifics so (they say) people can find your items but not if you do custom postage as the categorys are very limited

·2 weeks agoIn the meantime you could use "free postage - seller pays" on your listing (you can factor that cost into your item price) and buy your own postage outside of eBay. To mark dispatched and get buyer's address click on Get prepaid label > Print label for the original Simple Delivery label. It will remain unused.
You cannot change the tracking but send in a message to the buyer and you would still be able to add the new number to a "not received" case if one was opened. The original label will remain unused and you can cancel it for a refund here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Payment may be held for 14 days.

·2 weeks agowhy is it so difficult now?. I lost my daughter a little while back, after time passed I realised i couldn't keep eveything and started selling her things on here. It was hard enough to get my head around selling her items. Then ebay just changed everything for postage. I have no clue how to proceed anymore.
