Not sure what tracking means
I’m awaiting a large Lego
Item and the tracking shows delivery delayed . I have asked for the item to be delivered to home address . I’ve been on the Royal Mail tracking reference and it says ‘ collection arranged ‘ I’m totally confused as I’m awaiting delivery and now it’s saying a collection has been arranged .

·3 weeks agoIt sounds like the seller has arranged for the postie to collect the item from their home address. You could message them to confirm this.

·3 weeks agoIs that the first tracking entry? If so it means the seller has arranged for RM to collect from them and deliver to you.

OP3 weeks agoit first says item delayed and then says collection arranged . I was worried they were trying to collect from me when I’d requested delivery . They are Uk seller and it’s over 2 weeks so I was starting to worry
