?? Not being able to post to customer in Northern Ireland?? Please help
I have a very irate customer who is telling me that I don't post to northern ireland?? What is this all about. In 19 years of selling I have posted to anywhere/everywhere. Please can someone please tell me what is going on here and please help?

·1 month agoI live in Northern Ireland and it happens a lot.i find something i want and that message comes up.Just this week i wanted something but i cant buy it. So the seller lost a sale as well as me.

·6 months agoMy guess is it's because you've turned off Royal Mail.
If you are happy to use Royal Mail, this once, arrange a time you'll both be online. Update Simple Delivery postage options to include RM. They should hopefully then be able to buy it and afterwards you can remove RM from your Simple Delivery postage options.
I don't know if updating your Simple Delivery postage options, takes immediate effect or needs longer. If not immediate, perhaps try revising the item and reselecting the postage options.

·6 months agoeBay changed settings for some sellers a few weeks ago. Since then, I'm seeing a lot more collection only: Over 60 miles from ... But, if I click on an item's listing i'm shown the actual postage option. Yours says standard tracked £2.47. Is that Evri, or Yodel? There is no other option. I'm wondering if anyone with Royal Mail switched off has had Northern Ireland (and likely the other "remote" areas) automatically added to their exclusion list 🤔 Normally, where the postage details would be, you get a great big, red, "Does not post to Northern Ireland", but yours doesn't have that.
I would definitely double check any exclusion lists. Can you also add buyer IDs to an excemption list within Buyer Requirements settings? I seem to remember someone mentioning that before. Though you may get hit with higher postage, I'd definitely try to add Royal Mail.

·6 months agoIt may be to do with Evri because they charge more for NI, whereas Royal Mail charge the same as the rest of the UK. You could revise the listing and remove Evri as an option here:

Then hopefully the buyer will be able to proceed using Royal Mail.
