Multiple items in one parcel
I have sold 3 items to one seller. I had an email from eBay telling me to post all items in one parcel. I did this and used one of the qr codes to post. Only one item is shown as being posted. How do I show they've been dispatched?

·1 month agoIf the buyer placed the items in their basket first before paying then at eBay checkout it would have shown a combined postage , one postage cost, one tracking number.
Not sure about the email you receive to post together but it looks like they should have been sent separately if 3 postage labels were paid for.
If this is the case, You cannot now add any new tracking, eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details. If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
Your payout for the 2 ' untracked' items may be held for a minimum of 14 days.
