How do I contact anyone who might know what is happening to a parcel that has been successfully delivered to the UK Global Shipping centre, that now seems to have stopped its delivery process?

Normally, once the item has been delivered, we would take responsibility if the item gets lost or damaged in transit, if you haven't received further updates since it arrived to our hub, it is possible that is being sorted/prepared to be sent to the buyer. If it's been more than a week since it arrived to the hub, feel free to let me know the item number, and I'd be happy to double check that for you. Also, please note that with GSP orders, you cannot combine orders, that's why you weren't able to do it.

·1 week ago"License plate is voided" apparently normally .means the original PB tracking number has been cancelled and a new number issued, it seems the new number is not added such that eBay tracking updates correctly.
I sent three parcels via the GSP, all to the same buyer in the USA, earlier this month all show as delivered to Lichfield at the same time. Two parcels then show as delivered to the buyer over a week ago, the third shows as voided, as the buyer has not raised an INR claim, I believe the third was delivered at the same time as the others, but tracking does not show this as it had a different tracking number. I assume that if their was an INR claim then PB would provide eBay with the correct tracking details.

OP1 week agoThe shipping centre may have combined 2 parcels that were going to the same person at the same address. I couldn’t combine the 2 sales as they were bought separately. We will have to wait until the cleared parcel has been delivered.
This is an example of how lack of communication causes unnecessary problems. I later managed to dig further into Pitney Bowes website. If only either I, or the buyer, who has paid for this service had been informed. Pitney Bowes, the company that handles the international side of the delivery has no option to contact them, instead they transfer you to ebay, whose automated assistant sends you round in circles.
