Item Delivered... Buyer says otherwise
Morning, relatively new to selling on ebay as a business only started selling this month and wallop a £300 item ordered ... amazing! we got it packed and wrapped out the door lightning quick. Then that one thing we all dread the buyer saying its not been delivered. Evri have taken a photo of it by the side door and stated thats where it is. but they are stating its not. where do i stand with this we cant loose a £300 item. some help and info even direction would help.

Send this and the proof of delivery to your buyer. It's always best to help them to find the parcel as they may be a repeat buyer, although you are covered as it was shown as delivered.
For items of that value, it is best to get a signature.
If you do get a dreaded neg again, it is going to affect your account so on this occasion, if it happens, appeal to get it removed as you have fulfilled your contract with the buyer,

·3 weeks agoeBay will go by the tracking so buyer should not win a "not received" case. Ask them to ask their neighbours in case someone has taken it in or it was misdelivered. After that there is nothing else you can do.

·3 weeks agoThere are many many other posts about Evri delivering to wrong address and items being stolen from doorsteps.
How would you feel if you were the buyer and your claim was genuine ?.
If i were the buyer i would go to my bank and enquire about a chargeback.
