Item arrived damaged; Seller refunded in full. How do get Global Shipping also refunded? | Postage

Hello,For my purchase, I clearly asked "please protect item to prevent damage during transit".The item was shipped via Global Shipping Program.It arrived damaged.I contacted the seller who promptly refunded the item in full, with reason "Buyer Cancelled" and explained that the item got damaged during transit.Unfortunately, I now have no option to contact ebay to obtain refund from Global Shipping Program, as I believe the item was damaged in transit.Please advise how I can lodge notification to obtain shipping refund.Many thanks
