Spoke to someone fro m customer services yesterday who acknowledged there was a problem with adding international post (tracked or untracked). I surmise ebay are playing silly buggers again and attempting to get the world to use a not so simple international delivery service so they can profit from internatipnal mail. As usual, they have messed around with the live production environment rather than a test sandpit; the results are we have no international service options. Antonio assured me it was just a system error and it will not affect live listings. He suggested it may take a couple of days to fix, so I am suspending all new listings until I see the two choices returned.

·3 weeks agoThis is driving me CRAZY. Unable to relist expired items with international postage, unable to list new items with international postage. It allows me to click on it now, but instead of the message it now has the spinning wheel of death that just hangs ebay forever. No apology from ebay, no advance warning, no testing in advance, no response...absolutely disgusting.

OP3 weeks agoI was able to use international postage options for new listings yesterday (Tuesday). Has it gone down again?

OP3 weeks agoOkay that is new to me. Click the question mark on the lower right side of the listing and report it as a technical error and see what happens

·3 weeks agoIt's not just new listings that are affected. A client in Canada asked me yesterday why I did not include the postage to Canada in my listing for an item he wants to buy, (which I did, as I sell worldwide); and this is for a listing that has been live for many months. Hope the problem is resolved soon.
