Insufficient postage on item. Had to pay £3.50 to Royal Mail.
Item sent with insufficient postage. Had to pay £.50 to Royal Mail. Seller totally ignoring request for a £3.50 refund despite sending photo of packaging showing the £3.50 to pay label.
How do I open a case against the seller. None of Ebay's "Tick boxes" cover this problem so I can't seem to open a claim.

·2 weeks agoPapso is correct there is no claim ' form' for retrieving excess postage paid.
All you can do, if you wish, is to send the seller a polite message explaining you had to pay this excess postage, add a photo of the front of the packaging showing this payment if you can, see if they will refund you.
A good seller would but nothing to enforce them to refund you.

·2 weeks agoThere is no case you can open. If you had not paid the excess you could have made a claim for item not received.
