INR Parcel shown as ready for collection...but not at PO
Good evening, I have a customer who has raised an INR ticket. The tracking reference shows it ready for collection at the Post Office. The customer says they have attended and it is not there. They are asking for a refund. I have emailed Royal Mail. Is there someone able to assist me with what I should do please? Massive appreciation in advance!

·3 weeks agoIf you know the collection point address and can get the telephone number, try giving them a call to ask if it is there.

·3 weeks agoitems for Collection are not held in Post Offices unless by prior arrangement ---instead they are returned to local area postal > Royal Mail Sorting offices /depots if undelivered, --- held for 18 days before return to Sender if a return address has been given /found.
