Inpost !!!!!

I have been given an Inpost QR code, I cant use, nearest place to drop miles away, cant print QR to stick on parcel, no idea how to scan at one of these things. How do I change to royal mail QR, as I work at post office and easy to scan and label printed??? Any help welcome

·3 weeks agoIn short - you can't. The customer presumably has chosen to collect from an InPost store. To clarify though you don't print the QR code - you scan the QR code at the InPost locker and InPost do the rest. You don't need anything on the parcel.
First things first - prevent further InPost labels being amending your Simple Delivery preferences
You've got a few options for your current order
Cancel it - advising the customer why and ask them to reorder once you've updated your preferences
Just ship it using any other postage (however this may not be possible if no address is available, or if the address is to another InPost locker). Your customer will get a refund for the postage they did pay for that didn't get used in 30 days - but you would have to pay for the new postage out your own pocket.
