Im seeing no postage prices when making a listing
Seems others have same issue but most now have this sorted?
Its coming up to 5 days nearly now for me since the new update and despite clearing app data.. uninstalling etc nothings working.
I list an item... but when it gets to delivery options and I select the correct option for weight / size in simply delivery it then shows no postage pricing and no option to select buyer or seller pays postage..
Please help fix this ebay!

路2 weeks agoExactly the same thing is happening to me. Its only in the ebay app and not on mobile or when I use a desktop but its very very annoying. Using ebay mobile is very long winded, using the desktop means i cannot load any photos as I normally just use the ebay app and my phone camera so I have to list on the ebay app and save to draft and then revise the postage on the desktop. When will ebay stop messing around with new settings until they have fully tested them.

Is this happening from the app only? As in, did you try from the browser to see if it works? If you're still seeing this issue, could you please take a screenshot and upload it here, so we can report that for you?

OP2 weeks agoBoth app still and web browser.
I tried to get around it by deleting the postage policy hoping it would reset everything but thats now caused new problems 馃槙
I created a new postage policy but this isnt working correctly either.
Also thats now done something weird where I can no longer set the normal returns options either?
How do i attach pictures on here?

路2 weeks ago 路 EditedIf you have postage policies set up then you are opted into Business Policies which also covers payments and returns instead of having to specify those terms each time you create a listing. You would need to have at least one policy set up for each. If you don鈥檛 wish to use Business Policies then you can opt back out at the top of the Business Policies page.
To add a picture to your post you need to click on the icon that looks a bit like a picture of two mountains with the sun above.

You can try what @sml192 said above, and that should help, as I don't think this would be a technical issue, but a settings matter.
If you still want to upload a picture, you can try click on the image icon above the text box/field when replying, and from there you can upload a screenshot.
