how to combine postage
i have combined postage in the past and only recently started using smart send. i offered combined postage when a buyer contacted me but i cant seem to arrange it can anyone help

·3 weeks agoPresumably when you say smart send you mean simple delivery.
In short, you can’t offer combined postage with simple delivery. The only way for the customer to get a combined postage is if they checkout all their items in one basket.

Given you are running auctions the buyers win the auctions but simply pay for all the items together, in one transaction. It’s definitely doable as I’ve had a customer do it about 6 months ago.
