How to claim for an incorrect postage label charge
I sold a small item I advertised with £1.55 postage.
EBay issued a label for £3.95 which I tried to cancel.
I then bought postage for £1.55 & posted the item
How do I claim back the 3.95 label charge from eBay?

·1 month agoAs that was a Custom Postage label you should be able to void it as follows;
'Here's how to void a postage label in My eBay or Seller Hub:
Select Selling in My eBay, or select Orders on the Seller Hub Overview page.
Select Postage Labels on the left-hand side.
Select Actions next to the label you'd like to void, and select Void Label.'
