How to cancel prepaid postage label
I sold an item and buyer paid postage all was good , except I was unable to get to Post office so hand delivered it instead. Now I cannot access my payment as it is waiting for confirmed tracking from label and I cannot cancel the postage HELP!!!!!!!!!

·2 weeks agoeven if in next road, still use label as that proof sent. What proof do you have buyer has it?

·2 weeks agoI have the same problem after combining 3 lots, for which eBay provided 2 Royal Mail labels and all 3 lots were despatched in a single package. I cannot cancel the 2nd unused label because I am using "Simple Delivery"! I don't wish to acquire non-despatch penalties. I hope that if the Royal Mail isn't used, as sml192 describes in their reply that my purchaser receives a refund and that I don't receive any non-despatch penalties to my account? Good health.

·2 weeks agoAs you listed with 'Buyer pays postage' the buyer will be automatically refunded for the unused label.
Your payment should be released to you 14 days after date of sale unless subject to any additional holds.
