How do I bulk edit all my current listings from my own postage policies, to Simple Delivery and GSP? | Postage

UK seller here 🙂 Hopefully some kind person will persevere to the end of my queryI currently have over 100 listings using custom postage policies, but now want to just use Simple Delivery and GSP.As I already have GSP switched on and eBay now use Simple Delivery by default, I thought this would be an easy bulk edit procedure to delete all my Postage Policies, assuming the listings would then automatically default to Simple Delivery and Global Shipping. I tested this by deleting a policy which was only being used by one listing. However, once I'd deleted the policy and went to check the specific listing, it was still showing the policy I'd just deleted.I then tried manually revising the listing to SD but there was no option for SD - it just offered my own existing custom Postage Policies 😞So... I then tried to set up a new Postage Policy to use with all my listings, intending to select Simple Delivery but I don't get any option to select SD - please see attached photo of screen. GSP is fine as there is a toggle switch to switch this on/off. I was hoping to see the same for Simple Delivery. Does anyone know what I need to do, please? Thank you!
