Help Multiple Parcels for one order
Hi Folks
It may be a daft question but how do I send more than one parcel for the same order
I can see you can change the first parcel to your own size and weight but not how to make it 2 or more parcels

·4 days agoIf the buyer has not placed these orders in their basket before paying, they didn't trigger a combined postage. Posting them together now, you will have no proof that 2 items were sent.
Best way forward is to cancel the orders with the buyer's agreement, so citing Buyer Requests to Cancel, this fully refunds them and doesn't affect your seller performance.
Then, relisting them together as one item for the buyer to buy and pay again. You will have that one all important tracking number to cover both items .
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
