Help - how to generate one label for multiple items
Hi,
I have sold four items with the postage being free to the buyer. I feel like I have been charged post and packaging x 4 and it won't let me generate just one label. How do I go about this please?

·3 weeks agoLooking at the items you are selling all new items and in quantities, correctly register as a Business seller, and you will not have to use Simple Delivery.
As a Private seller this account is for those selling unwanted, used items say a wardrobe/ garage clear out, and the one you are using Simple Delivery is mandatory and to combine postage buyers need to place the items in their basket first and then it's combine postage showing at eBay check out.
For your current issue you cannot combine postage now, Best way forward is to cancel the orders with the buyer's agreement, so citing Buyer Requests to Cancel, this fully refunds them and doesn't affect your seller performance.
Then, relisting them together as one item for the buyer to buy and pay again. You will have that one all important tracking number to cover both items .
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
