Having to pay postage on items already postage paid.
Have had two cases where customers have purchased items and paid postage but when trying to print postage labels eBay is also asking me to pay postage.

·3 days agoI am having issues with listing's showing buyer pays when I have selected seller pays. Seems impossible to put in what You want. Very frustrating. Using the app.

·3 weeks agoI've just had a few of my listings changed without warning to seller pays for postage even though I've set them up as buyer pays postage.

·3 weeks agoYour listings look to be a mix of Simple Delivery and Custom Delivery.
In Simple Delivery - customer pays ebay for postage - ebay supply you a postage label.
In custom delivery - customer pays and you will receive the proceeds of the delivery charge. You buy the postage with that. You don't need to use ebay though.
One example is Honda BF23 2.3hp 4-Stroke Boat Engine. That was listed with postage of £13.63 using Parcelforce 48. So you need to use that £13.63 to buy Parcelforce 48 postage.
