Full Refund Including Postage
How do I give a full refund to a customer?
I sent a dress to a customer that was listed
Incorrectly. Unfortunately the dress was too big for the customer.
I have received it back but am wondering how I can refund her the total she paid including p&p. The system won't let me refund more than I received. TIA

OP3 weeks agoShe never opened a case. It was an enquiry that I sorted. I didn't want it to go on my record.

OP3 weeks agoYes it was a Simple label. I am not a business seller. It was a new dress that was never worn.
