Evri small parcel rate is different for buyer and seller
Why is my buyer paying for Evri small parcel rate at £3.01 and I am having to pay £3.10 for the same service?
Today (25/7/26) Evri has come back to me to say there is a problem with the postage calculation. I have been refunded my overpayments. Success for 2 hours on Live Chat - I don't think so!

·2 weeks agoYou should be using ebay's Simple Delivery postage which the buyer pays for, not you.

OP2 weeks agoI am using Simple delivery. But on 2 transactions I have had to pay 9p extra.

OP2 weeks agoI am the seller. The buyer is paying £3.01 and I am paying £3.10. Inputting error on Ebay's part?
