I recently contacted an ebay seller in the states about posting to the UK as he had not included it as a destination he would either post to or exclude. The seller sent me this message response:
Hi, Thanks for your interest ❤️I use Ebay’s Global Shipping Program, and I have heard that they don’t ship to the UK for some reason. I you want to investigate,
please feel free to do so …Thanks, Ken
Is what he says true and if so can someone explain why that is? Thank you in advance for your clarification.

·3 weeks agoHe may of disallowed europe as a hole due to the new pddp regulations or GSP has for the same reason.

I am enrolled and two buyers, australia and greece, asked if i post to them. ebay cs said i had to opt into international posting and once done, setting posting from royal mail website, they were able to bid. It may worth asking the US seller if they too are enrolled for international but be warned, the shipping may be well inflated.

OP3 weeks agoI'm even more confused as to why this particular seller won't post to the UK given that he posts to, it every other country under the sun. Surely, he must be opted into international posting to post to those countries? However, I check with him.

·3 weeks agoglobal and international, in my settings, are options. sold much over the years through global with no issues but since simple delivery not one. do you want to share the item number so I can look?
