DHL not collecting
DHL have still not collected for over 1 week, they just keep changing collection date - is there some way I can chase them ?
I can't use their automated system as I have no shipping number

·1 month agoHave you tried their Customer Service. Google for the number. If no luck you could cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist.
Assuming your item is extra large or heavy look for "Oversize" item during the lsiting process. Its availabily depends on category so use trial and error to find it. Then you can choose your own courier of your choice and the buyer can buy and pay again. Or "Bulky" item may work for you but disable DHL for Simple Delivery in your postage preferences.
