Custom Delivery option gone? Only Simple Delivery
Hey, has the option for Custom Delivery been removed? Sorry, briefly searched the forum and couldn't find anything.
I use Royal Mail Tracked with Signature and that's not available via Simple Delivery, or at least, I can't find it.
I'm going to have to stop selling via ebay until I find that option.

·1 week agoYou refer to yourself as a home venture that buys sells and collects items.
Your best option is to become a business seller which will give you the postage control you require.

OP1 week agoI only sell 1 or maybe 2 things a Month. Not sure it's worth it. I'll look into it though. Thank you

·1 week agoJust bear in mind that you are acting in the course of a business and whilst there are thresholds in relation to Tax laws there are no such thresholds when it comes to Consumer laws.

·1 week agoall parcels are tracked under simple, just no signature. No guarantee people are home to sign. The scanning at doorstep confirms delivery. Did you have custom postage for tracked rm?

OP1 week agoAh OK that's good to know then. I usually send with Signature to avoid parcels being left on doorsteps as they're one offs and can't easily be replaced. They look to be covered if they were stolen, but I'd still be gutted if they did.
